BOOKING POLICIES
When booking an appointment, we require you to put your credit card on file. Please understand that it affects our girls greatly when clients book online and do not show. If you need to cancel please do before the 48hr mark. Failure to do so will result in your card being charged 50% of the service scheduled. We hope our clients understand and respect our lash techs time, any questions don’t hesitate to call, text, message or email us!
NO CALL/ NO SHOW / APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
Here at Ooh La La Lash Lounge, we understand that things happen, after you make an appointment, 48 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive a confirmation text, or call. If you cannot make the appointment please call to reschedule or cancel right away, BEFORE THE 48HR MARK! Call, text, and leave us a voicemail anytime of day or night. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the service scheduled charged to the card on file. Please understand that the techs’ time is valuable, and available appointments are always being looked for on our cancellation list.
APPOINTMENT TARDINESS
Out of respect for the girls we ask that you try your very best to be on time to your scheduled appointment. Our techs have set aside this time to properly serve your needs and any lateness cannot guarantee complete fullness of your lashes if we do not have the adequate time. Excess tardiness of more than 15 minutes will result in a charge of 50% of the service scheduled to the card on file and the appointment rebooked. We are very understanding here at Ooh La La, we know things happen, if in any doubt, call!
LASH LOSS
Sometimes during our lash cycle we wake up one day and notice we lost a lot of lashes. This could just be the end of your lash cycle. Old lashes are shedding for new ones to grow in. Sad to say, but you'll lose the extension when you lose your natural lash, which is about every 6 to 8 weeks. Women shed about 20 lashes per week. This process is nonstop, with people shedding anywhere from 1 to 4 natural eyelashes each day. Should you lose an abnormal amount of lashes within the first 48 hours of your service, you must call or text the salon, in order for us to perform a correction service. After 48 hours it is your responsibility to take care of your lashes and avoid going against any of the after care instructions to avoid premature fall out. REFUNDS
Refunds on services with a deposit can only be performed 48 hours or more before scheduled service. Any cancellation after the 48 hour window from start of scheduled appointment the deposit will be forfeited. If you are unhappy with the results of a service, you must contact us within 48 hours after appointment and a free of charge correction service must be performed within 72 hours of the complaint, if you are still unsatisfied a refund will be issued to the same payment method used.
